Classic Optical Laboratories site upgrades order processing CLEVELAND - As one of the largest optical laboratories in the United States, Classic Optical Laboratories, of Youngstown, determined that it needed to develop an efficient, cost effective web-based system for receiving and fulfilling orders from its customers. After several failed attempts with other vendors, Classic Optical turned to Peerlis to complete the task.
Peerlis developed an online ordering system, which included a series of specialized online forms, order tracking, an online survey, dynamic promotional pages, and a content management system for selected sections. Peerlis continues to work with this highly valued client to strengthen its online presence and ultimately its competitive position within the optical sector.
